CFAR Trip Coverage

Trip Protection Plan - Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) is an optional add-on travel insurance benefit made available to clients who are enrolled in an international study abroad program offered by our company. With CFAR coverage, your reason for withdrawal does not have to be disclosed nor justified as long as withdrawal is made by the deadline; see below. CFAR is a non-refundable add-on option to another travel program for which you've enrolled. The withdrawal and full refund guidelines expire at 11:59 p.m. EST on February 11, 2024. This plan is not active until full payment is satisfied.

SMS Text Opt In

SMS Text Opt In is a great way to stay up to date with your group's planning. We will send payment reminders and other important information regarding your account. Additionally, you may use the chat thread to speak directly to our customer service agents. Ave Academy. LLC. will NOT share your information, nor will it be used for marketing purposes of any kind.

Primary Billing Contact

The primary billing contact will receive notifications regarding the account balance, payments due dates, etc..

Payment Plan Options

Please choose the option that best suits your needs. Accepted payment methods include: ACH Debit (preferred), Visa, MasterCard, Amex, check, and money order. Please note that one-time ACH withdrawals or check payments for the full balance receive a $75 discount to the entire program cost.

Security Deposit Refund

Each applicant will be required to place a security deposit in the amount of $1,000 prior to airline ticket issuance. We require a deposit to cover incidentals and extra costs, including but limited to the following: damage of property to the host family residence, requested room service or mini-bar charges, failure to follow program rules—leading to an early termination of enrollment and return flight arrangements, other costs incurred resulting from a need to begin corrective action for violation of policy, etc. By requiring a deposit, we can ensure that we are able to cover these costs, even if the applicant doesn't have enough money on hand to pay for them. This deposit is returned in full (less incidental expenses) at the end of the program.
