During this meeting the group leader will confirm student contact info, review the program agenda, share the official flight itinerary, and conduct a Q&A segment. The group leader will review lodging details: housing assignments, host family bios, roommate selection, and hotel accommodations. Additionally, the group will discuss currency purchase options and credit vs. debit card recommendations.

In this meeting the group leader will cover airport arrival procedures, and assign individual flight itineraries. Packing recommendations will be discussed also. Lastly, a Q&A session will conclude this meeting.
