AveFlex™ Trip Cancellation Plan
Life happens. Spain will still be there. With AveFlex™, you have more flexibility, more choice, and greater peace of mind when unexpected things arise.
AveFlex™ is an optional trip protection product that replaces the standard cancellation terms when purchased as an add-on to one of our educational travel programs.
Cancel your trip 60 days or more before departure, and choose the option that works best for you:
Here is how it works:
1. 75% Refund — Receive 75% of your paid trip amount* back; or
2. 100% Travel Credit — Receive 100% of your paid trip amount as credit towards a future trip.

The customer may request cancellation 60 or more days before departure. The 60-day eligibility requirement is based on the scheduled departure date shown on your invoice or travel program documents.

Any applicable refund is calculated based on the eligible trip amount paid by the client, excluding the cost of the AveFlex™ protection plan, and any other amounts specifically identified as non-refundable under the applicable terms.

The travel credit may be applied to future travel for any student, regardless of their relationship to the purchaser. All credits are subject to the applicable AveFlex™ terms and conditions, including any expiration date, transferability restrictions, and restrictions on eligible future trips. Travel credit is not redeemable for cash.

*The total eligible refund will reflect a total of 75% of all payments successfully processed, excluding the cost of the AveFlex™ protection plan. The AveFlex™ protection charge consists of the applicable protection-plan cost and plan administration fee. Neither amount is included in the calculation of any AveFlex™ refund or travel credit.
